For years, I was a commercial account manager at major Canadian banks. I saw hundreds of requests from business owners: good projects, solid companies, and often the same limit. One institution, one credit policy, one answer.
When a file didn't quite fit the boxes, I had no other door to open. That is why I went out on my own.
Today, I work only with businesses. I have access to more than 10 lenders, and I present your file to the ones that truly fit the project.
I will also tell you honestly when a file isn't ready. It saves everyone time.
