The information we collect

• What you enter in our forms: name, business, email, phone, province, project, amount, the business's age and approximate revenue, and your answers to the questions about your credit situation.
• The documents you choose to send us for your file.
• Browsing data (pages viewed, where the visit came from), through cookies, when you consent to it.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and assess which financing solutions may fit.
• To prepare your file and present it to lenders, only with your consent.
• To send you the guide you requested and, if you checked the box for it, our monthly letter.
• To improve the site and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Who we share it with

Your information is never sold. It is shared only with the lenders your file is presented to, with your consent, and with our service providers who process it on our behalf (for example our customer management and email software, Zoho). These providers are required to protect it. Some may store data outside Quebec.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and Metricool to measure visits and the results of our advertising. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Retention and security

We keep your information as long as needed to process your request and meet our obligations, then we destroy it or make it anonymous. It is protected by reasonable measures: limited access, password-protected accounts and two-factor authentication.

Your rights

You can at any time ask to access your information, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from our emails (link in every email). Write to fsoares@finalcor.ca. We answer within 30 days. You can also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
