Did your bank say no to your equipment project?

A bank is one credit policy. A refusal is not always the end of the project, and here is why.

Did your bank say no to your equipment project? It is not always the end of the project.

A bank is a single door

A bank is one credit policy. If your file does not fit its boxes, the answer is no, even when the business is solid. And when a contract or a job site will not wait, a single door is not much.

What I saw from the other side of the desk

For nearly 20 years, I sat on the other side of the desk. Today, I present the same file to more than 10 lenders, with one application. Whether it is a lease or an equipment refinancing, you keep one contact from start to finish.

I do not replace your bank. I add options. Each lender has its own criteria and no approval is guaranteed, but a no from your bank does not mean every lender will say no.

The video

I explain everything in a video posted on LinkedIn: the link is on this page.

Have you ever had a refusal that surprised you? Tell me what you want to finance on the Equipment page.
